Our Property Management Service
Following are our scope of service as
your Property Manager:
- To co-ordinate Tenancy Administration between the Landlord and the
Tenant
- To provide rental audit to determine fair rental for the demised
property
- To vet and prepare of Letter of Intent
- To vet and prepare of Tenancy Agreement
- To provide the necessary credit and background checks of the Landlord/Tenant
and supervise the signing of the Tenancy Agreement
- To ensure timely payment of rent, insurance and other contractual
obligations
- To inspect property before and after tenancy for defects or damages.
- Attend to Tenant’s complaints and advise home owner of the
expenses of the repair or replacement of the damage
- Inspect Landlord’s and Tenant’s documents pertaining
to the property which include insurance policies, service contract,
warranties, mortgage consent letters.
- Assist Tenant to Check-In & Check-Out of the property
- Assist Tenant to prepare an itemized list of required repairs and
estimated cost during the term of the Tenancy and expiry of the Tenancy
Our Property Management fee is 5%
of the monthly rent or $50 per month;
whichever is higher. This fee shall be payable yearly in advance.
